Mudslingers in the news!

MUDSLINGERS HOURS:
10:00 am - 1:00 pm daily, or by appointment.
Stop by and see us!

Mudslingers Pottery School began as a collaboration between John Hansen, a professional potter and teacher for 25 years, and several of his former students. We opened our first studio with classes starting in the Fall of 1997. Our pottery teachers are not only exceptional potters but (most importantly) helpful and encouraging to students at all levels. We love being creative and want you to enjoy it too!

Mud Bus!

Mud Bus provides Senior Groups, Recreation Centers, Churches, Schools and other community based organizations with “take-out” pottery classes.  We transport everything needed for the clay class, including tools, clay, teacher, and our firing facilities.  Call us to discuss your unique program needs.

Mud Bus Contact:
For more information on our Mud Bus program, contact Emilie Parker, Program Director at 303.926.0996.

Many wonderful pieces are available for purchase at our on site gallery. Come peruse the beautiful and affordable collection of pottery produced by teachers, members and accomplished students. Just give us a call or stop by and we'll help you find the decorative and/or functional piece you've been looking for!

Mudslingers offers studio space on a monthly basis to more experienced potters as well as a variety of classes for all levels including children. Our studio in Louisville is available to special groups for exclusive use for birthdays, scouts projects and team-building workshops. We encourage you to experience the pleasure of an original art form!

Mudslingers is funded in part by the Boulder County Arts Alliance through the NeoData Endowment Grant Program. Mudslingers also enjoys Fiscal Agency Sponsorship through the Boulder County Arts Alliance. We welcome your tax-deductible contributions!
