No Make-Up Classes

Due to the nature of our class rotation we cannot offer make up days for missed classes.

Please be sure of your schedule before signing up for classes. We often have a long waitlist to participate in our classes and have limited space available.

If you have to miss a class, you may be able to sign up for an additional studio session to make up for the time missed, if space allows. Studio sessions are for current and former students in adult classes only.

Kids Classes

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your class.

We have adult classes starting right after the kid’s classes are over. Be sure to pick up your kids no later than 10 minutes after their class ends.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Classes

Cancellations of tuition paid in full that are requested 14 days or more ahead of class start date will be given a full refund.

Cancellations of tuition paid in full that are requested up to 5 days ahead of class start date will be charged 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made fewer than 5 days before the first class or program will be charged 50% of the class or program cost.

No refunds or transfers after the first class

Transfers to another class must be made at least two weeks before the original class is scheduled to begin.

Cleaning and Sanding

All students are expected to clean up their wheel and work area and clean and put away any tools and materials they have used during the class.

All sanding of greenware or bisque is to be done outside.

Finished Work

We will keep your bisqued or finished pieces for 45 days after your class or workshop has ended. If you are continuing to the next class session you can keep your work on your class shelf.
